We’re at home. It is a fact and truth be told we don’t know how long this will last. We are consuming more and more digital content – online is where we are working, meeting with friends and family, entertaining ourselves and where we are spending most of our days.
It’s never been so important to upload good online content as it is now and that's why we want to leave you with a request: whether you’re reading this newsletter for the first time (welcome!), or if you’re already a regular to these adventures, what would you like to read here? Some help for those who still aren’t used to working from home

We know that not everyone is tech-savvy and many entrepreneurs in our community, small businesses and SMEs have never needed to familiarise themselves with digital tools or have even risked using them. Because this leap to digital isn’t always easy, and because we are integrated into this digital nomad community who are so used to working from home, we have launched trabalhardecasa.pt, which will serve as a repository of resources on working remotely.
Here, you can find tips, good practices and relevant information to share and help you get through this period in the best way possible and – from home, of course.

Valispace raises 2.2 million!

If you know Github, you’ll know that the expression “Github for hardware” is already quite powerful. If not, you may marvel at the fact that Valispace has recently raised 2.2 million (not bad, eh?). This startup that offers software for engineers will now be able to deliver higher value through their work – attention that neither us nor their numerous international clients like Airbus or BMW had any doubts this was coming! 💥 With this investment, they will take the opportunity to expand into new industries and increase those in which they already operate! Congratulations to the whole team, and we miss seeing you on the 6th floor!

Lisbon Beer Department new location: your home.

The Lisbon Beer Department includes, amongst other brands, our MUSA and Dois Corvos and, to combat the fact they cannot open their doors, they have teamed up to send packs of craft beer for those who want to enjoy them at home! The pack, of 8 or 12 beers, can be ordered online through their website. If you don’t like any of the pre-prepared packs, you can always visit our alumni website and order directly!
